Bolinas Property Services is owned and operated by Molly Maguire, a long-time Bolinas resident.  She has worked with homes on Horseshoe Hill, Olema-Bolinas Rd, Terrace Ave, Mesa Rd, Brighton Ave, Overlook Dr, & Crescente Ave in Bolinas, and properties in Stinson Beach & San Anselmo as well.

Molly works with a selective network of reliable service professionals for home repairs, house painting, landscaping, hardscaping, roofing, window cleaning, pest control, water damage repair, mold remediation, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, pool, spa services.

Personal services include receiving deliveries, greeting visitors, trash services, regular walkabouts, errands, cleaning and repair person coordination & oversight.  She is on-call for emergencies, speaks Spanish, and has experience with well water properties.  

Molly has worked with clients long-term and also developed short-term contracts with homes in transition.
